My name is Savanna, and I would like to tell you a bit about myself. Born and raised in Northern Ontario, I have a love for animals, nature, and helping others. Since an early age I have taken an interest in colour and creativity, which has allowed me to explore self-expression through artwork and photography. In my free time you may find me whipping up some nutritious meals with a focus on plant based choices, or putting my feet up watching nature documentaries.

Being in nature is a great way to reconnect with yourself, and strengthen feelings of gratitude.  Here is my loyal companion and I overlooking the awe-inspiring Lake Superior.

Health is said to be comprised of not just the body or the mind, but a harmonious balance of overall mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellness. Not long ago I stumbled across an image that talked about how we can eat as healthy as we want, intake the recommended water and vitamins, exercise our bodies and so forth. However, unless we deal with what is going on inside our heart, unless we deal with what is going on inside our head, we can still be unhealthy. My belief is the same: a well-rounded and holistic approach to healthy living will be most effective in helping you reach your greatest potential. Sometimes no matter how much we stay hydrated, choose whole foods and balanced meals, exercise, read, write, listen to music that is soothing, there is still room for a higher level of comfort and confidence.
